At the recently held gathering of the Serbian Diaspora in Zambia, which has taken place at the premises of the Embassy of Serbia, in addition to a pleasant mingling of long time friends, an drive has been launched to contribute to the humanitarian fund established to aid medical treatment of eight years old girl Milica Jovanovic, from Petrovaradin in Serbia.

Since her multiple illnesses may not be fully treated in the hospitals in Serbia and since the only hope for her to continue normal life is special treatment at a clinic in Vienna, Austria, an drive is going on both in Serbia and abroad to contribute to the fund for medical treatment of Milica Jovanovic.

Within a fortnight, Serbian Diaspora in Zambia contributed approximately KR14.000,00 to that purpose.
